Ireland 10 : 4 England

Twohig contributed several goals as his side overcame a fatigued England side to claim 3rd place in the Dignitary Cup.

Both teams laboured in the opening stages of a slow paced encounter as Ireland edged the scoring at half time, leading 4-2.

The second period saw Ireland take a firm grip of the game and their controlled possession football allowed them to showcase Twohig's clinical finishing.

He added a second half hatrick as Ireland secured a deserved 10-4 victory.

England were unfortunate to lose by such a great margin, a week of fantastic endevour in the field perhaps taking it's toll and tired legs setting in.
