World renowned artist supporting the Homeless World Cup

15 October 2010

Proceeds from the works of famed hyper-realist painter Denis Peterson will be donated by the artist to the Homeless World Cup.

Peterson is a New York artist of Armenian descent whose photorealist works have been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Max Hutchinson Gallery in New York.

In commemoration of the Rio 2010 Homeless World Cup held at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, six striking museum quality archival replications of his world acclaimed painting series ‘The Wall’ will be individually produced, hand signed, and hand numbered for a Special Collectors Series.

As a kind gesture of support to the Homeless World Cup, Peterson will automatically donate 50% of sale profits from the collection to the Homeless World Cup Foundation.
