Mel Young meets President and First Lady of Mexico

Mel Young, President of the Homeless World Cup met the President of Mexico Felipe Calderón and the First Lady Margarita Zavala last night at the World Economic Forum annual meeting.

They talked about the next annual football tournament which will be held in Mexico City in October with 72 countries taking part. The President said that he was looking forward to the event and Mel Young thanked the First Lady for her support over the past few years to Street Soccer Mexico, our National Partner in Mexico.

The Mexico City 2012 Homeless World Cup will take place from 6-14 October 2012 in the Zócalo.
