Croatian national homeless football team today (28.6.2010.) had a press conference for croatian national TV and other big TV stations in Croatia. A football game between the national homeless team and voulonteers from homeless shelters all over Croatia was an introduction to the conference; which was held because Croatian football federation (HNS/CFF) refused to participate in financing the expenses for trip to Rio. We are "fightng" to raise funds for the trip for over half a year, but there is no success. So we asked the CFF/HNS to help us, but at that adress the answer was; (despite their promise to help Croatian nationall homeless team); also negative. So we tried to "get some things going" trough the nationall public television. After the conference the reporters put some pressure on the main secretary of the Croatian football federation, sir Zorislav Srebric, who had a statement for the press in which he said that Croatian football federation did not committ to help in financial way and that Croatian national homeless football team is not a part of Croatian football federation. We will wait for couple of days to see if something important will happen in the heart and deep wallet of Croatian football federation.
