As one player says: “"In the team I feel needed. I lost all my friends and I had no joy in life until I started with the football. This gives me energy to deal with other things in my life."
When street soccer was first introduced in Sweden three years ago the organisers came up against many obstacles. The first training session attracted five players. One was drunk, one had no shoes and another hadn’t excercised for 30 years. Now the players are disciplined and behave like a team. Used to dealing with the media, they all work hard to show the Swedish people a different side to the issues and problem of homelessness.

I feel so sorry that I get to know "Faktum" and "INSP" so late... Although I am an foreigner to this country, but my big hugs are always with you all... Go Sweden!!!!
