Organisation - Gatans Lag

They create motivation and power within the players for them to be able to change their own life situation. Since 2011 Gatans Lag has been a completely independent organisation and became members of the Swedish Fottball association in september 2012. Today they run football practise in four cities. In 2015 their goal is to have a national league that includes a minimum of ten cities and 1000 players. They recruit players in shelters, rehab-centers, prisons etc. The football is completely based on free will and the only requirement is not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during practise. The fact that it is based on free will is what in makes it positive. It creates ruotines, fellowship and responsibility.
