Team Paraguay is put together by Fundacion Paraguaya through their Junior Achievement programme teaching disadvantaged young people business and leadership skills. The street soccer programme began in 2005 and now involves 100 socially excluded youth from rural regions. The Team missed Copenhagen 2007 so they will be preparing to return to Melbourne 2008 Homeless World Cup with passion and going for glory. They are presenting a women's team. Female Junior Achievement

Throughout the year Team Paraguay will have a selection process for the players in which in addition to the the physical training, practises and theoretical football lessons, the aspiring player will be instructed with the Junior Achievement programs.
