The Oltalom Sports Association (OSA) gives disadvantaged and homeless people the opportunity to participate in sports and social activities.

Organisation

Its programmes, including regular football sessions, are designed to improve the health of participants, promote understanding and reduce crime in some of Budapest’s most dangerous neighbourhoods. OSA also informs participants about programmes offered by its partners, such as health care, accommodation, financial aid, legal support and access to employment. Through sports, OSA brings people together and helps create valuable contacts and friendships. For the past 7 years, OSA has organised the Hungarian delegation for the Homeless World Cup.
