RED HOT GERMANY TURN UP THE HEAT FOR PARIS

Amid searing temperatures and a carnival atmosphere the German Homeless Championships took place this month.
The tournament was played in wonderful weather in the city centre of Wiesbaden, a beautiful city in the south-west of Germany.
The team to represent Germany at the Paris 2011 Homeless World Cup will be selected from the hopefuls who participated in the tournament, with players drawn from across the country.
Once confirmed, the final squad will enjoy two training camps in preparation for the Paris, including a friendly game in Basel where they will face the Switzerland Homeless World Cup team.
On the day of fantastic football the winners were the ‘Dirty Devils’ who won the grand final with a scintillating 7-1 victory and celebrated victory by taking a refreshing dip in the fountain of the town square!
