HYVÄÄ SYNTYMÄPÄIVÄÄ HULI!
Posted by Finland - 21.06.2011
Finland coach Ari Halden reached a special milestone this weekend and celebrated in style with the help of his Homeless World Cup friends.
Ari, fondly referred to as 'Huli' by the Finland team, celebrated his 50th birthday on Friday.
To recognise his coming of age a group of close friends, supporters and former Homeless World Cup players joined together for a friendly game at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, where FC Challengers (friends and supporters) played the All Stars (former Homeless World Cup players).
Both sides wore jersey's emblazoned with a logo honoring Huli's half century, thanking him for his hard work and commitment.
Huli, who was awarded the UEFA Coaches Award at the Rio 2010 Homeless World Cup will again lead Finland at the Paris 2011 event in August.
Many happy returns to Huli from everyone at the Homeless World Cup.
Hyvää syntymäpäivää!
