Happy Football Cambodia Australia (HFCA) was formed in 2005. The main aim of the HFCA main is to work with disadvantaged youth in Cambodia through football. They fund a football program in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh that offers young people an opportunity to learn the skills required to play the game and learn how to be part of a team.
