As team manager I would just like to take this opportunity to wish all of the boys the very best of luck for the tournament in Denmark. If you keep on training, playing, supporting each-other, smiling as much, putting as much effort and commitment in as you have been until we fly out I am convinced that when kick-off arrives in Copenhagen you will do yourselves, your family, your friends and all of Wales proud. It has been a joy to coach this team so far and I know you will continue to keep the proud tradition and Spirit of the Dragons alive.
Finally, I would also like to wish the other Home Nations - England, Scotland and Ireland all the best of luck too and I sincerely hope you all have a successful and memorable tournament – All the best guys.

C’mon the Welsh, c’mon the Dragonas, in particular little Chris, Jamie V and Riccckkkkaaaaaayyyyy, hope you have a great 1 boys, score lotsa goals and hopefully win a cup or summink.
I too ave bin following welsh homeless team and the world cup for a couple of years now like and I think its shithot its still going in Wales, you look a tasty team this year, Mike eliaS is a brilliant goalkeeoper and I’m sure like Keri says you’ll do yourselves and Wales proud.
I ave a question tho perhaps someone can answer, I watched the Sweden documentary a couple o years back on telly and can’t for the life of me understand the World cup organisers bringing in this new rule to “encourage attacking football”, whats that all abaaaaat? you beat canada 14-1 i fink? How attacking do they want it???
Note to tooty frootie - Wolverine wuz in x-men you duh!!! Thundercats wuz - Lionor? (Don’t know how to spell it mind)
Yr holl lwc yn y byd mawr gron ir ddreigiau cymraeg!!!
Enganche - I am fascinated by your name - what does it mean???? I apologise for my ignorance concerning wolverine - I stand corrected!
Anyhow - GOOD LUCK lads - I agree with the managers words - you are a great team and I cant waiiiiiiiiiiit to see how you do. Go for it! xxxxx :)
Good luck to Keri and the rest of the team. All the Best.
jest like 2 thank keri, lee gibbsy nd paul 4 all the effort they hav put in 2 get the team 2 were they are. nd wolverine is out ov x-men but wat the hell is lionor or thundercats 4 tha matter lol
Its just not the manager, coach or support workers that have put the effort, everyone of the lads that are going to Denmark have made all the management very proud, you guys have put in a tremendous amount of effort, you seem to gelling well as a team and also as friends, this nees to be kept up throughout the tournament, especially on the occassions when games are lost, it is at this time that you all need to pull together as a team, and not blame each other for mistakes that may or may not have cost you the game, you go to Denmark as a team, you play as a team and you wil and loose as a team, but most of all remember you eight players have been chosen to represent WALES, not many people get the opportunity to represent their country at any level, so be proud of yourselves, and I know that you will not let the management down, yourselves down and most important of all you will not let your COUNTRY DOWN. SO TO ALL OF YOU JUST GO FOR IT AND ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE. CYMRU AM BUTH.
Gandalf the Grey or Glenn as we all know and love him, Buddy I couldn't have said it better myself and therefore I just say "what Gibbo said with bells on!!!".
The thing is with you and "The Griff" - Paul G, involved with the team as support workers i'm sure that we don't have too much to worry about apart from the other 10 of us keeping you pair in-line and watching that you behave yourselves. Glenn I also think its about time that you accepted your christened name of "GIBBO" as not only is there more than a family resemblance as your like a twin or summink, I also have to inform the rest of the boys that when you do karaoke you also sound a lot like the GIBBSTER too. 1 more thing Gibbo, as a non-welsh speaker with the foresight to check my welsh with a welsh speaker prior to putting into the public domain I have to point out that its "Cymru Am Byth", and you claim to speak the lingo, tut tut,
CYMRU AM BYTH !!!
Hee Hee Hee, that told you Gibbo !!! C'mon the Dragons, show the World.
As for the spelling mistake, when you have a load of ORCS and shittly little HOBBITS running around your feet talking about some RING or other no wonder I make the odd spelling mistake or two. so just for you Keri CYMRY UM BYTH
Gibbo is sad!!!! What he talkin bout hobbits and ORCS????? Weirdo!!
Wolverine - HOW OLD ARE YOU? You must be, like, three or something if you dont know thundercats!!!! I reckon you should google it and watch some - its BRILLIANT and you will feel complete for having welcomed it into your lionorish head!!! Make sure you have the volume on though so that you can appreciate the AMAZING theme tune that goes, like I said before....thunder thunder THUNDER THUNDER caaaAAAAAAts!
Oh guess what everyone? I have a photo of Gibbo in karaoke action, with his trousers down, bum out, flashing his beautiful (and IRONED) marks and sparks briefs!!! I will gladly share this with the team if theres enough interest!
I also have a photo of The Griff during the world cup in Austria, almost as naked as the day he was born and very very drunk! This was before he lopped off his long flowing ponytail that used to decorate his head! Again, I will share this if its what you really want!
As for Keri .......... I cant even begin to describe some of the shocking (and quite frankly DISTURBING) pics I have of him in my posession!!!!! Maybe later............ xxx
Just in case you're interested - some useful info for you all: Lion-O:Lion-O, the Lord of the Thudercats, is not as he appears. Although his body is fully developed, his mind is that of a child. With the Sword of Omens and enchanted claw shield at his side Lion-O has powers that rival those of all the Thundercats. With Jaga's guidance, in "spirit" form, Lion-O has learned to trust in the Sword of Omens and the Code that binds all Thunderians. So there!
Just one last thing - if you click on this link you can hear the theme tune in full. Thats all....I will never bother you again.......

Right you crazy people, Woverine's a great name, Lionor and the rest of the Thundercats and vis-a-vis the cartoon was also brill, Gandalf is obviously Glenn, Lord of the rings was far too bloddy long (although entertaining), i've worked out who tootie frooty is, but you is all insane cos this is a football website and we are talkin cartoons!!! I would however love to see the pic of "The Griff" tho, (always had a thing for ponytails, deep down), and Gibbo / ?, you WANNA BE IN MY GANG, MY GANG, MY GANG??? How come no-one else has a problem with the crazy new rule, attacking Footie, pah!
OOOOOOOH!!!! Get you Enganche!!! You are in a full on moody mood just because we are talking about "non football related" topics!!! I fully apreciate that this is a "football website". However, I did not know that it was an EXCLUSIVELY, FOOTBALL ONLY website which excludes ALL other subjects. Pardon us for having a little laugh! Mooooooooooooood!!!!!!!
As it goes, I think that the new attacking rule is actually quite a good idea. It will truly mess up the tactics of certain teams who have, in the past relied on cuddling up together on the edge of the goalkeepers area, thus causing a great deal of frustration to the oposition.
Yes, Wales were indeed very very attacking in many of their past games, but not all teams do this, choosing to depend on the GKAO (Goal Keeper Area Orgy). This is also pretty boring to watch. Sooooooooo - I am in favour of this new rule, although I dont love it as much as the STRAIGHT LINE thing that you did in the game in Llanelli - THAT was AWESOMELY AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT! ( I understand that it wasnt a newly invented thing, but for me, it was the first time I have ever seen anything so AMAZING!!!)
Anyone else have an opinion on the new attacking rule? I would so love to hear them!!! x
Snarf was, by the way, Lion-O's "nursemaid" on Thundera. I call myself by this name because I love Lion-O and every day I surf the web looking for things realting to him. I did it today and ended up here! Crazy journey dont you think!?
I have never heard of this footballing tournament before. In fact, I have never heard of Wales before. So now I have learnd TWO new things in one day!!! I see that one person would like to talk only about football and I will respect that because this is very transparently a football website.
I think your Wales team looks like they will win the world cup. Young and handsome. Very nice for the eyes to see! I will follow the World Cup now - I am glad I found it because it has opened up my world. Amen.
Nice one Snarf!
Hey Enganche - Snarf would never have discovered the world cup if we hadnt been talking thundercats! Ha! And you say you know who I am? NO YOU PI$$ING DONT!!!!!
Now, now tootie frooty, i was not claiming this to be a tottally and exclesive website for football and football alone, but Thundercats? c'maaaaaan. Maybe next time we could discuss the tweenies maybe or Rosie and Jim, as for the straight line thingy that you mention I have no idea whatsoever what your talking about as unfortunately I was unable to attend the game in Llanelli as my attention was required elsewhere. I feel however that seeing as it was the 11aside game in llanelli that the wunderba Dragonas won that you are referring to, I can only use my superlative powers of deduction to assume that you mean the much utilized - OFF-SIDE TRAP. As for the new rule it is insane to suggest that a game that prides itself on having as few rules as possible and as attack minded as Street Soccer needs this extra rule which in my opinion brings it into the realms of being as appalling to watch as dare I say basketball, it also undermines the amount of tactical influence any coach can possibly have on the game as you effectively have only 2 outfield players to work with and therefore I deduce that it crap!!!
Fair enough. Well said as well. I am now totally against the stupid rule! Thanks for educating me. (still dont know sho I am though do ya?) xxx
Go Snarf, Go Snarf, its ya birfday, its ya birfday, go snarf!!! Snarf was indeed very very good, fanx for the tune "cat of thunder fan #1" oops Thundercats again soz enganche. Glad to hear that snarf now knows what wales is and yes you are damn right the welsh team are purdy speshally the No 14 on the pic page, wot a pout he could give Posh a run for her money. He got a body for business and a head for sinning!!! Amen indeed, C'mon the Welsh x
Dunt kno wot most of u r on about but its good 2 c people visiting the welsh section of the website! on the football side of things, we (as the welsh dragons) will be goin after the world cup like there was no 2moro n think we have a realistic chance of bringin the title home! keep up the support n c u in Denmark! Chow 4 now!
I have a question for Dan The Welsh Wizzzzard. i take it you are one of the players goin to Denmark, on the pics page which one are are you then, are you the cute posh spice no 14? or smiley no 4 maybe? seriously tho do you really think you guys got a chance of winning the cup, even with Brazil, Spain, Germany Argentina and all the rest going for it? I see the english also got a good record at past tourneys, how good are you? I also c that the welsh site is one of the ones with the most comments on it - bizarre eh x
Having read your blog page I must admit your welsh guys are a crazy bunch, but if your team spirit is as good as your blog you should be taking the world cup home to Wales. You seem to have a brilliant team spirit, if the players are in this type of spirit, I would just love to meet your management team they must also be a great bunch of guys/gals. Reading through your blog who are wolverine, Gibbs, and Paul G are they players or management. I have read your blogs from other pages as well and I was wondering if you have had any body contact you regarding sponsorship. If you have not I hope someone will contact you soon as you deserve it. Good Luck to you all in Denmark.
KERI, DON'T FORGET TO TAKE ME THIS YEAR.
LOVE YOU LOADS
DOLLY BAA BAA BAA BAA BAA BAA
Hey Hey Punchy! No i aint ''posh spice'' or ''smiley'' im the good looking 1 wearing No.8 at the front! (haha) I think that wen u play street footy u always need a bit of luck on your side so if its on ours in Denmark then i dont c why we cant be challenging for the cup! Looking at teams like Brazil, Spain, England etc yeah they hav good players n good facilities in which 2 train but on the field its a different ball game. So touch wood, with a bit of luck and with the players we have we could be in with a chance! chow 4 now! Dan
Good God, where do I start? I have to say that its absolutely amazing that there has been so much support on this page for the team although some of it also quite scary and confusing too (Snarf)! If we could win the World Cup by being the best blog page then i'm pretty sure we'd be coming home with it in August as I can't see any challenge from elsewhere. Its also great to see some of the players and management staff logging on and leaving messages too. I have to mention the newsletter I received from the World Cup this morning which goes out to all 48 countries as this blog page was mentioned within it and they state "Wales and their supporters have taken over the Homeless World Cup blog!", how cool is that, so c'mon Wales keep sending, keep us in that no1 spot and show the boys you really do care and as Dan says when the whistle goes in Copenhagen and with a little bit of luck on our side, who knows....
P.S. Don't panic Dolly, how could I ever go away without you, a World Cup just wouldn't be the same, just please don't distract the boys and behave better than you did in Scotland, eh!!!
Well Keri, If dolly goes with you, I am warning you now you look after her and make sure no body tries to get off with her, otherwise you will have me to answer to on your return home. Good Luck to The TEAM and look after DOLLY.
From the Valley's and the Vales, Here they come the boy's from Wales With burning pride and hearts of fire One cause, one goal, and one desire
Best of luck to the Wales Homeless Football Team in Copenhagen. Safe journey back with the trophy!
