Street Football Wales (SFW) is a project designed in partnership with Gofal a Chymorth Gwalia alongside statutory and voluntary sector partners. The project aims to create a nationwide Street Football network capable of engaging with are those furthest away from mainstream support provision.
SFW’s main aim is to boost people’s confidence, self-esteem, and physical condition SFW exists to provide a platform from which people who are socially excluded can build on their confidence, self esteem, health and provide social interaction using the medium of football.
SFW is there for people when they have reached their lowest ebb. It’s an opportunity for people to be involved in something where they will not be judged or stigmatised.
