FRIENDLY MATCH SLOVENIA vs. ITALY

Ljubljana, Slovenia 26th of May - Saturday afternoon the capital of Slovenia experienced a whole new football day. In the center of the capitol two national homeless teams met for the first time. Italy as two times world champions and Slovenia as a new commer to the Homeless World cup. More than 1000 people were cheering the two teams as they where playing some great soccer.

The match ended with Italy taking the win with 5:1. A more experienced team showed the Slovenian team that they will have to practice more for the world cup. Saturday was a day for new friends and to extend the Homeless world cup family. A day many will not forget.
