Zimbabwe v Greece

Zimbabwe (4) v Greece (0)

Someone once said beware of Greeks bearing gifts and today the Greeks were handing out plenty.  Zimbabwe gleefully accepted them without any comeback in this Ombold Cup semi-final on Pitch One as they ran out four-nil winners.

This has got to be the first time Greece have played Zimbabwe in a football international. History made at the Homeless World Cup. The Greeks huffed and puffed, but couldn't find an out and out striker that was going to put them on the board. The Zimbabweans scored out of nothing and soon should have had two but a penalty was saved. They made amends shortly after.

At the restart Zimbabwe's keeper pulled off a fantastic save and Greek heads quickly dropped. A substitution was made in an attempt to get some shape into the formation to no avail. Zimbabwe scored two more, including one from a penalty to see them into the final.
