Wales v Greece
Wales (3) v (1) Greece
This was a tight one from the off as it took two minutes for the Wales number 6 to break into the game's scoring. Wales has all the chances hitting the crossbar twice before a Greece penalty was saved as it was hit straight at the Wales keeper. The next four minutes was a tale of two keepers, with both goalies on top form, preventing any goals from being scored until the sixth minute, when the Welsh number 3 but one away to make it 2-1 going into half time.
The first three minutes of the second half was all Wales but it took them three minutes to score again to make the score 3-1. Greece had a penalty awarded due to the Wales keeper coming out of his area, and the Welsh goalie repeated the offense when the pen was taken. The subsequent penalty was also saved to keep the score at 3-1. This is how it finished after a gutsy performance by Wales, who couldn't just rely on their skill to secure the win.
