Scotland (3) v (3) Netherlands

Two very good teams were playing for the second match of the day. Netherlands played with their typical "total football" with a lot of very skillful players.

Scotland played very aggressive and with a lot of physicality.

Holland dominated in the first half and took the lead with a goal from Beaumont in the 4th minute. Holland played a very passing games and Scotland were disoriented at the beginning.

In the 6th minute Scotland equalized with a goal of Joe Haldong. Before the end of the first half Netherlands scored again thanks to a penalty transformed by Hoogedijk.

Dutch people in the stands were very happy and they supported a lot their players on the pitch.

At the beginning of the second half Scotland scored again with a penalty transformed by Haldong ( nice player, fast and skilful). Few seconds and Netherlands scored the 3-2 with Hogedijk again with a little help from Peter Quinn, the scottish goalie.

In the 3rd minute there was another penalty for Scotland and Haldong scored his hattrick!

This was the final score (3-3) with Scotland quite happy for recovering three times and Netherlands quite angry to have missed so many chances.
