As Poland entered Pitch 1, Cameroon had still not shown up. After minutes of waiting and calls from speaker, Cameroon did enter the pitch, however they did not seem quite ready when the Referee started the match. After just one minute played, Poland had the best thinkable start, as they within 20 seconds scored three quick goals. The Cameroons fought back and had some brilliant strikes for goal, one of them scored by number 7, standing in the corner still able to place the ball in the top corner. By halftime the Cameroon were back in the game with a score 4 to 5 against Poland.
In second half Cameroon had a difficult time passing the solid Poland defense and the Poland keeper, having a fantastic day pulling off one brilliant save after the other. In the other end Poland had a patient game with excellent passes and were quite efficient when they had their chances. Poland won the match with 8 to 5 against Cameroon.
