Wales bagged a deserved victory at the end of a match where it showed control and skill above its rival, Norway.
The first three goals of the first half were scored by the Welsh team within four minutes and 35 seconds from the start.
Norway retaliated with two goals, but Wales kept its hedge, managing its positions better than the Scandinavian team. Its attempts also seemed more coherent and accurate than Norway, whose saving grace was a fierce defense and a talented goalkeeper. Wales also could count on a flexible, skilled and determined goalie.
In the second half Norway seemed even more troubled and unable to penetrate the Welsh defense, while Wales managed two more goals.
