Before the game the teams shook hands in a typical example of the sporting nature that we have seen throughout The Homeless World Cup. As the game starts, Lithuania show how disciplined and organized they can be with calm passing and excellent positional play. The pitch had dried out a bit since the game before but players were still finding it hard to keep their footing occasionally. Lithuania went 4-0 up with a hat-trick for number 16 and a forth from number 14. Mexico weren't going down without a fight however, playing perhaps a touch too hard as their number 7 was given a blue card for a rash tackle on a Lithuanian player that sent him flying into the side barrier. With only 3 players on the pitch Mexico got an unlikely goal from the number 5. Lithuania soon made their extra player count however, making it 5-1 to them going in to half time.

The Mexican number 5 came fast out of the blocks with a stunning strike soon after the kick-off to make it 2-5. Lithuania's number 16 scored with a precise strike to make it 6-2. Both keepers played exceedingly well to keep the scores in the single figures, but nothing the Mexicans did could prevent Lithuania from winning by 8 goals to 4, with the Lithuanian number 16 missing a penalty also.

Player of the match was between the Mexican number 5 who scored a hat trick and spurred his team on, and the Lithuanian number 16 who scored 4 of Lithuania's 8. Lithuania's superior passing play won them this match, with the final score 8-4 to them.
