Italy v Sweden

Italy (12) v Sweden (2)

Italy v Sweden  Italy v Sweden

The rain has been pouring and the pitch has got slippy, but the games have gone on regardless.

Sweden got off to a great start with their number 8 scoring in the first minute, and again in the 2nd.

From then on it was all Italy Sweden matched them in attacking ability however the Italian team were more accurate in their shooting and the defensive play was superb probably the best I have seen all day.

Italy's number 8 scored their first, and number 7 their second to bring them together at 2-2

Italy were then awarded a penalty and the number for slotted it away nicely.

moments later he scored again putting the ball nicely into the bottom corner.

Italy were then awarded another penalty which the number 7 happily took to see them go 5-2 up when the whistle for half time sounded.

Straight off in the second half Italy's number 8 made his intentions clear with a  fine goal and celebration to match.

The swedish keeper then made some great saves however superman he is not and the number 7 manged to score another.

The keeper rolled the ball out and immediately The Italian number 4 intercepted and put them up with 8 goals to 2.

Sweden were trying really hard but literally did not see the ball the second half as the Italians passing was too good any team would have struggled to get the ball of them at this point.

Italy then were awarded another penalty the number tried to trick the Swedish keeper but he was having none of it and quickly got the ball.

The number 8 then showed off skills ending with a fine pass to the number 5 who gratefully put the ball away with ease.

the number 4 then joined in the fun again and sneaked another followed by the number 6 to finish the game 12-2 to Italy.
