German supporters were not late to get ready by the pitch side with their drums, flutes and flags. While not as organized as the German, the supporters of Ghana were loud aswell.
Before kickoff the pitch had smiling players from Ghana and stone-faced Germans. Each representing their teams' playstyle. The joyous ease of the African players and firm, concentrated play by the Germans. Only 12 seconds after game start, Ghana was ahead with the first goal. Only the confusion at a free kick early in the game awarded the Germans with a neat goal, their only one in the game. Ghana kept the pressure and had very good hands in the goal, and nothing could stop them from taking a storming victory.
