The france number 6 opened up the scoring in the in the 21st second.
The teams were well matched and possesion was constantly switche dround with neither team being able to hold onto the ball for long periods of time.
The france number 8 scored the first headed goal that I ahve seen in this tornamnet to make it 2-0.
The number 6 for Argentina apparently did not like being in a loosing position and took on the whole France team witha f ine finish to get Argentina back into the game.
There was also a point when all the players were battling in the middle to get possesion and the ball some how managed to sneak into the French net making them level.
For about 4 minutes the game was got really tough with neither team being able to get a a goal shots were being fired all over the place and the goalies both done very well.
Afew more goals were scored and at half time the score was 4-3 to Argentina.
Intentions were made clear by both team at the start of the second half with the number 2 for Arfentina and the number 6 for France both scoring in the first 20 seconds.
At 2 minutes in the score was 7-5 to France and the Argentinians started to feel the pressure, before the full time whistle the number 8 for France scored his hatrick, the number 4 got 2 more and the number 7 managed to get one of his own seconds before full time.
The final score was 11-5 to France.
