England defeated a frustrated Netherlands 9-1 today in a fast and furious match at the Yarra pitch.

England exhibited an impressive display of strength and dexterity which saw the acrobatic Netherlands keeper doing his best but no match for Englands powerful strikes coming thick and fast,

England scored the first goal within the first minute, adding another from a penalty from the boot of England's no 6

The Dutch team made an aggressive attack at goal, with player 6's outstretched leg netting a sweet goal into the left corner to bring the score to 2-1.

But England wasnt about to let the Netherlands catch up, and oblivious to the scorching heat put away three more goals, with Coleman proving himself to be a man to watch.

The second half began with the score at 5-1, but Netherland's hopes looked grim as talented player no 7 left the field after 15 seconds due to an injury.

Netherlands player Pires made his presence felt on the pitch with his foot skills and determination, but no goal resulted.

England's number 3 continued the scoring with a fantastic shot to bring the score to 6-1.

Some clever passing from the Brits ended with a powerful strike from team captain Nash which not only found the back of the net but almost broke it.

Following it up with another goal through the legs of the increasingly irate Dutch keeper, NAsh took tthe score to an impressive 8-1.

England's number 9 put through the last goal seconds before the final whistle to end netherlands hopes at 9-1.
