Canada (10) v (4) Cambodia

Canada fought back from an early deficit to record a comprehensive 10-4 victory over Cambodia. The win propels the North American's above Sierra Leone and towards the top half of Group F.
The large contingent of vocal Cambodian fans on hand for the match created an electric atmosphere and the Cambodian players were obviously inspired by the support, looking the better team early on.
An early goal sent the crowd into a frenzy as Cambodia secured a 1-0 advantage. But Basile Pagonis responded for the Canadians in spectacular fashion, using the wall to his advantage before slamming home the first for his team.
The teams exchanged goals for the rest of the half and seemed evenly matched as the scoreboard read 3-3 at the half time. But Canada regrouped best during the break and came back to play some inspired football after play restarted.
Two goals in a matter of seconds for star female striker Krystal Bell opened up a handy 5-3 lead and there was no looking back.
Paginos and Perry Senko joined in the party with three goals between them before Bell struck again to complete a match-turning second half hat-trick.
But Cambodia refused to dampen in spirit and managed to peg one goal back before the final whistle.
