THE CZECH Republic displayed a sense of humour during their 11-0 win against Belgium after insisting on female names for the commentary.
'Daisy' (Jan Jasukevic) was no delicate flower - ripping into the Belgian defence with 'Lucy' (Petr Havlik) delivering the final blow.
There were plenty of substitutions by the Belgians but this failed to balance out the game.
Both sides continued to thrash it out in the first half with a 5-goal lead by the Czechs - a gap replicating the positioning of both teams on the Group F ladder for stage 2.
Despite the scorching hot weather at Federation Square, the Czechs did not tire with their shots at goal.
A quick cross goal pass by 'Lucy' did not give Belgium's defender, Lucca Steleyn, time to change angle - forcing him to score an own goal.
The Czechs netted 6 more goals in the second half with 'Lucy' delivering the 11th - to match his jersey number.
With only seconds remaining, 'Leila' enjoyed cheeky back heel shots at goal.
