In a heartwarmingly compassionate and fair played match the Soccerroos took on Greece for one of the last days of tournament day 3. After a tense and very well played first half Greece was 4-1 ahead. At a point the Australian no. 9 celebrated his goal by taking a rund along the barrier where the subs were placed and recieved a line of high-fives.
The close, fair show continued in the second half, which saw Greece pull another two goals and Australia 1. The final score of this spirited game was thereby 6-2 in Greek favour.
