Afghanistan v Slovakia
Afghanistan (7) v Slovakia (2)
The Afghanistan captain Mujtab has been one of the stars of the Homeless World Cup, and it was easy to see why in this Cape Town Cup quarter final. The talented No.6 bagged five goals - including the opening four - to seal this game early in the first half. His young team of skillful players have had difficulties against the more muscular teams but were at their best against a Slovakia side unable to keep up with the fleet-footed passing and sharp turns of pace.
It's not all about the captain though, the Afghanistan supporters are among the most vocal in the tournament and roared their team along with unrelenting enthusiasm. The Slovaks couldn't match up on the terraces or no the pitch.
They did mount something of a fightback though, snatching two late goals to give the Afghans something to think about at 6-2. But then up stepped captain fantastic Mujtab to settle matters and send their wonderful fans into a gleeful dance of victory.
